Recently Rev. Whitman had an enjoyable meeting with Julie and Clayton to review the plan for their wedding ceremony and sign their wedding license in the beautiful, historic Central City Courthouse. Getting your license in Central City is not the usual experience. This quaint old mining town is still filled with friendly people who really care about each couple, love to hear about the wedding plans, and truly share in each couple's joy.
I'd love to chat with you either January 23 or April 10 at the Crystal Rose wedding shows 11a.m. till 3 p.m. There's always lots of free food and a glass of champagne too. There's no cost of admission and it's part of the fun in wedding planning. You'll find photographers, cake and flower folks, DJs and more at these shows. I like to watch the wedding tux and dress parades that go down the aisles. A wedding show is a good chance to think of what you'll want at your wedding.

The Lookout Mountain location happens April 10 so some flowers might be peeking out. Lookout Mountain is right above Golden and affords a spectacular view of the city. You just drive up I-70 and get off at any of the signs saying “Buffalo Bill's Grave/ Lookout Mountain. You'll see the Crystal Rose on your right. There will be a horse drawn carriage out in front.
